Pre-K students at Sumter County Primary School celebrated GA Pre-K Week October 4th-8th. Georgia Pre-K Week is about celebrating and raising the awareness of the importance of quality early childhood education. One of their goals is being able to provide a free program to all of Georgia’s four-year-olds to promote future success and excellence. During the week, our students had special dress up days and had local leaders read virtually. Bright from the Start also provided enough books for every GA Pre-K student to have a book of their very own.
