Super Panthers and their families ready for movie night.

Sumter County Primary School recently held its first movie night for our Super Panthers and their families. Most students and parents came in pajamas with sleeping bags, pillows, and blankets to watch Mickey’s Twice Upon a Christmas on the big screen. With the free movie ticket, movie goers were given popcorn and drinks. Other refreshments were also sold for their enjoyment. The gym was full of over 150 excited students with their parents for the night.

Our principal, Dr. April Smith, expressed appreciation to all parents for their support. She encouraged them to stay involved in what is going on in the school system. This will make our mission more achievable, which is to empower students with knowledge as we begin our adventures on the path to graduation.
