Students at Sumter County Primary School (SCPS) are working hard to master addition and subtraction math facts; SCPS is using Karate Math as an initiative to promote learning of these skills. Students receive a new bracelet for each level they master. These kindergarten students have earned their black belt, the highest level, in Karate Math. They have mastered addition and subtraction facts 0-5.  These students were recognized at honors day with a medal.
