At the October Sumter County Schools Board of Education Meeting Sumter County Primary School recognized a teacher, paraprofessional, staff member, student, and grandparent for exceptional work and support during the first nine weeks of the 2019-2020 school year. Dr. April Smith read remarks about each individual, Mr. Mohan Gugulothu gave them a small gift of appreciation, and Superintendent Dr. Torrance Choates presented the honorees with a certificate of appreciation during the recognition ceremony.
