Subjects Taught

I graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University in 2016 with honors. I was in three honor societies at Georgia Southwestern: Kappa Delta Phi, which is an international honor society for educators; The National Society of Leadership and Success, where I learned how to be a better leader within the community; and I was also in the Freshman Honor Society. I am currently enrolled in Kennesaw State University pursuing my Masters in Education with an endorsement in leadership. I will complete the program summer of 2019.

While completing my student teaching, I spent a semester in Kindergarten teaching and observing. After student teaching I was hired as a long term substitute for a month and a half in Kindergarten. The long term substitute was in a co-taught classroom and I really enjoyed the experience. This is my third year teaching Pre-K at Sumter County Primary.

I grew up in Sumter County and graduated from Southland Academy in 2012. I attended college at Georgia Southwestern State University. I married my high school sweetheart in 2016. We live in Sumter County and enjoy having family close by. I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family.
